The Vermont Homeland Security Unit administers the Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) and Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP) for the State of Vermont. Funding is provided by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. The State of Vermont designated the Vermont Department of Public Safety as the State Administrative Agency (SAA), with responsibilities pertaining to the Homeland Security Grants Directorate.
